Jonathan P. Hayes

Jonathan P. Hayes is a nationally recognized trial attorney and partner at Goldstein & Hayes, PC, a personal injury trial practice focused on helping individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death in cases involving tractor-trailer and motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, swimming pool accidents and incidents with dangerous products.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Jonathan is a 1990 graduate of Woodward Academy in College Park. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina in 1994.
Jonathan graduated law school from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. During law school, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Rowland W. Barnes, Superior Court Judge, Fulton County, Georgia.
Jonathan was selected as one of the American Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Georgia Trial Lawyers, one of the National Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Georgia Trial Lawyers, one of Georgia’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 and he was selected to serve on the National Advisory Board for the Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and the 2013 Executive Committee for the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Lawyers Under 40.
Each year since 2007, Jonathan has been recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers, a rating service limited to 5% of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Jonathan is an active member of the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, an organization dedicated to saving lives through drowning prevention and water safety efforts.
Jonathan and his wife live in Atlanta, Georgia and are members of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
